Reshaping Learning & Education with Blockchain Technology, Blockchain Ireland Summit 

This panel discussion took place as part of the Blockchain Ireland Summit and highlighted the significant changes occurring in education due to emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, blockchain, and virtual reality.

The discussion addressed how these tools can transform traditional education into a more student-centred, decentralised model while maintaining educational integrity and values. The panel discussed critical topics such as the shift towards active, student-owned learning, the importance of strategic leadership in managing digital transitions, innovative token-based incentives and gamification methods to increase engagement, and the potential of blockchain technology to enhance trust and verification in academic credentials.

The session also focused on addressing challenges related to accessibility, sustainability, interoperability, and regulatory compliance to ensure these technological advancements remain effective in the long term
