The presentation explored the dual nature of AI as both a tool and a threat . Blockchain was positioned as a trust infrastructure, a stabilising force despite its challenges. Blockchain can be used to strengthen digital trust across finance , public infrastructure , health and supply chains .

AI driven cyber threats need to be addressed. The emphasis on trust as a design principle, as well as ethical design, global collaboration as well as education provides a clear roadmap for stakeholders.

This lecture was a call for action to co-create a New Digital Social Contract ,building a resilient and equitable digital ecosystem.
